Abstract |
この講演では、古代ギリシャ以来の問題意識である“infinitely many or finitely many?”という問いについて、一般的観点に立脚しつつ、ピタゴラス数、周期軌道、固有値、有理点、準結晶などの様々な例を交えながら解説することを目的とする。関連する未解決問題も折に触れて提出する．

Explicit methods for Shimura curves
|
Abstract
In this lecture, we will give a survey of recent progress on explicit methods
for Shimura curves. In particular, we will introduce the methods of Schwarzian
differential equations, power series with quasi-recursion, explicit Shimizu
lifts, and Borcherds forms.
